Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Perfect White Tee, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below for everything you need to know about our shipping process and delivery options.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped out the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays. During holiday periods or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer than usual — we appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200. At this time, international orders are not eligible for free shipping. For domestic orders, we offer both ground and express shipping options at checkout. International orders are shipped via DHL.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders placed with express shipping on a Friday will be dispatched the next business day, as there is no weekend delivery service.
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if the tracking status does not show "Delivered." If your tracking has not received any updates for more than 7 business days (or 20 days for international shipments), you may file a lost package claim. Please note that all claims must be filed within 30 days from the date of the last tracking update. To file a claim, please contact us at perfectwhiteteewear@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged — for example, if the box is torn, wet, or the items inside are unusable — please contact us immediately at perfectwhiteteewear@gmail.com. Damaged package claims must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date. To process your claim as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged items in your email.
