Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Perfect White Tee, we want you to love everything you order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

45-Day Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the original ship date on most purchases. Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly at perfectwhiteteewear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide all necessary instructions.

Redo – Unlimited Returns & Exchanges

At checkout, you have the option to add Redo Unlimited Returns & Exchanges for a small fee of $1.98. This allows unlimited returns and exchanges for your order at a discounted rate, giving you complete peace of mind with your purchase. This option can be removed from your cart before completing your order. Please note that once selected, this fee is non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

If you do not select the Redo option at checkout, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Typical return shipping charges range from $8 to $14. Please only send returns using our provided prepaid return labels or QR code so that we can track your package. We are unable to process refunds for returns sent using any other shipping method, as our system cannot track or verify them.

What Is Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached. If possible, please include the original order packing slip inside your return package. Final sale items are clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page and at checkout and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed prior to a sale or promotional event.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. Refunds typically take an additional 3–5 business days to post back to your account. We will send you an email notification as soon as our team has processed your refund so you know it's on its way.

Discount Exclusions

At this time, denim, accessories, and stickers are excluded from all discounts and promotional offers.

International Returns

We currently do not offer international returns. All return requests must originate from within our supported shipping regions.

Our Right to Refuse Returns

Perfect White Tee reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, has been washed, or does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
